③ buffer spring stretch is too small, if too small, you should shorten the buffer spring connection length of the rope.

(2) the use of the spreader should be to prevent the instructions on the indicator plate paint off. Once discovered, need to promptly fill the original signs of the paint.

(3) For the rope on the spreader, should be timely cleaning and coated with lubricating oil or grease, especially the wire rope bending.

(4) For the main force components, rings, spin locks, ear panels and cable shackles, in the normal use of clearance, at least every 3 months to check once, no cracks and serious deformation.

(5) All oil cups, including oil cups of ratchet mechanism, oil cups on sliding housings and oil cups for rotary lock boxes, should be filled with lubricating oil in accordance with the conditions of use.

(6) often check the rope card is loose, the buffer spring is excessive stretching, found that the problem in time.

(7) each spreader shall not exceed the rated weight, the buffer spring shall not be excessive stretching.

(8) lifting process should be a smooth lifting, to avoid the spreader and cranes or other equipment, such as the impact of each other and deformation.
